Top five best Elf products

For the record I just love Elf!!!!!!! Whenever I want to test out a new look or am on a budget, I always end up at Target filling up my cart with all of their products:) Since I'm an avid user of Elf I thought I would compile the best products (in my opinion of course)

I am a lipgloss junkie!! And most of my lipglosses are a lot more expensive then a buck! I really like this lipgloss for only a dollar and my favorite...um flavor..is pink lemonade, which is super glossy and a really cute pink color.

As you can see from the picture, I've actually used this a lot. It's called elf cream eyeshadow and I think its amazing:) It's creamy and the lighter color is super shimmery. I usually use it as a base, then put powder eyeshadow over it. The color I have is called mocha swirl.

This product is my favorite overall!! It moisturizes my lips wayyyyyy better than plain old Chapstick. I gave about ten of these all over my house:) the flavor I have is called strawberry cream.

This product works wonders!!!!! The elf blotting paper absorbs oil like crazy and keeps my face matte all day! This is my lifesaver when my skin is acting up.

I really liked the Elf all over color stick. It's really good when you just need to throw in your purse to touch up. I brought this and mascara to summer camp and I looked like I brought my entire makeup bag with me. Buy this!!!! Totally recommend it.

Homemade Sugar Scrub

It's finally winter!!! That means freezing cold, dry hands, and lots of presents:) But the whole dry hands thing won't work for me. My run of the mill, smelly goody lotion is just not cutting it. So I did some research on homemade lotions for dry hands and stumbled upon SUGAR SCRUB!!! So here is a little DIY project I did with things I already had laying around.

What you will need:
-Sugar (you will need roughly a cup for each container)
-any body wash (I used SoftSoap)
-a cute container (a great application for mason jars)
Fill up the container most of the way with sugar, just eyeball it.

Then put in the body wash. I used about a third of a cup for a container with a cup of sugar in it. Stir it up!
Have fun enjoying your smooth hands:)
I made several jars as gifts and put some ribbons around the jars! You could even add sea salt or essential oil for extra oomph in your scrub. Hope this was helpful!
